At Slow Livin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy explains how you can return products and what to expect during the return process.

Return Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product does not match the description on our website

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
• Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
• Products returned after the 7-day return window
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at theslowlivin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Get Approval: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved
3. Pack the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization email
5. Track Your Return: Keep your shipping receipt/tracking number for reference

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective item, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product:

• We will inspect the product within 3-5 business days
• If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. The refund amount will include the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. We will process your return refund once the original item is received and approved.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
• You may be asked to return the damaged item, and we will cover return shipping
